Hi there, I love this site, but am I going crazy or are there only additional MALE voices ? I cant find any option for alternative female voices, I dont want to send male voices ! Am I doing something wrong when I try and change an original voice?

I am disappointed that there are commercials -- even after I paid the fee. My children want to use this site, so it offends me that there are adds for asian mail order brides when we log on to use it. So while we think the talking cards are great, the advertisements are not appropriate for young people. We would not have joined if we knew the commercials were visible while making the cards.

will subscribers be able to upload their own photos or could you provide cards with photo images vs. characters?

i see many different types of character and wonder why you havent included a soldiers. i have used this method to communicate with my wife and family and althought the charactors are amazing today i wondered why not a soldier, Airmen, army, navy any character like that would be nice.

This is a really awsome website! I would like it if you could have multiple people talking at once though. My company was needing several characters to talk, not at once, but at different times. If you ever have this set up please let me know. Thanks so much for all your help!

when a card is open why is the writing not attach with it, so the other person can read what has been written from the sender as well as listening from the one that is speaking ?

Becoming more familiar with your site now. My 101 self teach ( trial and error ) is making most things work. Recipients have given you a 10 for your cards and my humor. Hopefully, you will be adding more "real" characters to the choices. One of the other members suggested being able to add your own photos, but I know that creates some major work and additional costs. So for now 16.95 ain't bad, not bad at all. Not all of my talkcards are being received; you suggested receivers to check their bulk or spam folder, any other ideas ? I 'm using my well known email provider. Thanks, and have a great day !

After reading the comments of others, it appears this site is not ready for market. Yes I tried the testing version and it seemed to do well enough for me to spend the 16$ . BUT, like many of your other paid subscribers, the activation key is the first problem. I paid, but no key. I emailed paid receipt to support and will wait and zzzzzzz. Nap time. Second problem, support phone number, bad sign when you can't talk to"Don".
Third problem, it appears "Don" has several dissatisfied people, no refund policy is a no no.
Dongo should be named Dongone. Elizabeth, you are handling your job as well as you can. I know you appreciate the good comments you have received. I'm asking "DON" to give you support as well as his customers.. HAVE A NICE DAY, AS FOR ME,ZZZZZ

I tried and tried to send a card but could not get them through to anyone. I dont know what im doing wrong seems simple enough but it didnt work for me.
